Why We Select Few Cases
Sadly, the personal injury law firm “industry” is turning into just that: an industry. It is happening right before our eyes. More and more, the supposed “big” law firms that you see on billboards, television and social media are not law firms at all. Instead, they are call centers, staffed by operators, not lawyers. They are focused on bringing in the maximum volume of cases and selling those cases to the highest bidder, or processing them in an assembly-line of poorly trained, low-paid attorneys and staff. This “churn ‘em and burn ‘em” model makes tremendous money for the business by keeping costs low and making a little bit of money on each and every case. However, it treats injured persons and their families like heads of cattle, instead of individual cases where the maximum recovery on that individual case is the top priority.
We believe in quality over quantity when it comes to handling personal injury cases. Our decision to select only a limited number of cases reflects our commitment to providing each client with the highest level of attention, dedication, and personalized service.
By limiting our caseload, we ensure that every client receives the full focus of our resources and expertise. This allows us to thoroughly investigate each case, develop tailored legal strategies, and provide proactive communication throughout the process.
Our approach allows us to maintain a high standard of representation. We can devote extensive time and effort to researching, preparing, and litigating each case effectively. This diligence is crucial in pursuing maximum compensation and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Handling a select number of cases allows us to dedicate resources to cases that have the potential to make a significant impact on the law. This includes pursuing cases that may establish new legal precedents or contribute to shaping policies that benefit injury victims and their families.
We prioritize building strong attorney-client relationships based on trust and transparency. Limiting our caseload enables us to be readily available for consultations, updates, and addressing our clients’ concerns promptly. Our clients appreciate the individualized attention and support they receive during what can be a challenging time in their lives.
By carefully selecting cases that align with our expertise and values, we can focus on achieving meaningful results for our clients. Whether through negotiated settlements or courtroom litigation, our goal is always to secure the best possible outcome that addresses our clients’ needs and interests.
By choosing to handle a limited number of cases, we live by our commitment to excellence, integrity, and advocacy on behalf of our clients. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we represent and ensuring that justice is served. We say this not to discourage you from calling, but to explain what you should expect if we do agree to accept your case.
